School of Direct Response Marketing (SoDRM) Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using the SoDRM learning management system (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Platform Access and User Accounts

   To access the Platform and its content, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify SoDRM of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Platform Content and Microlearning Framework

   SoDRM provides a microlearning framework with three levels of understanding: foundations, core fundamentals, and advanced application. The course content, materials, and all intellectual property associated with the Platform (the "Content") are owned by SoDRM or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

4. AI-Assisted Learning Tools

   The Platform uses artificial intelligence-powered tools, including custom GPTs (Aria 'TEACH') and Prompt Playbooks, to enhance the learning experience. These tools are designed to assist learning, but SoDRM does not guarantee their accuracy or efficacy.

5. Accreditation and Recognition

   SoDRM's curriculum is based on U.S. National Accreditation Standards, and the program is recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor as a Registered Apprenticeship Program (#2022-GA-111802). This recognition does not constitute an endorsement by the Department.

6. User Conduct

   You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Platform.

7. Third-Party Services

   The Platform uses third-party services, including Thinkific for hosting course content and Facebook Ads Manager for practical exercises. Your use of these services is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of these third parties.

8. Refund Policy and Money Back Guarantee

   SoDRM offers a Client Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee. To be eligible, you must complete and submit key assignments, run Facebook Ad campaigns for a consecutive period of six (6) months, and have a minimum spend on Facebook Ad campaigns of $3,000 per month. Full details are available in our Refund Policy . Refund requests will be handled in accordance with this policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoDRM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold SoDRM harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Termination

    SoDRM may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

    SoDRM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
